Supporting Artists with a difference

We really do want to change the film and TV world from within. Do you?

We come from the world of Supporting Artists so know first hand what to expect and what's expected.

We want you to know your worth. We don’t like the word “Background” or ”Extras”  or “Crowd” we are and will always be “Supporting Artists”.

Why? Its simple. If you think about it we are directly and indirectly supporting the main cast and crew. Without us the film/TV/Commercial does not get made. This is a trade and it has become washed out with people only keen to take the money with very little effort. We want more than that and hopefully you do which is why you are here.

We have seen first hand some poor examples in the trade that unfortunately let the side down and embarrass both us and productions. This is where we come in. How many times have you overheard crew moan about SA’S? Let’s change that.

We only work on a recommendation basis. This reduces the amount of poor staff on our books and problems.
We strive to hand pick only the best people who go above and beyond to produce some outstanding work.

We want to encourage an environment where you are treated well with good rates of pay and perks for being with us.

We want you to be able to work with us and we wont just treat you like another number.

So what makes us different…..

Captains and promotion

Captains are our eyes and ears on set. It’s what makes us stand out from the rest.

Any one can be promoted to a Captain and the role attracts benefits and a supplement. You wil be in charge of a group of between 5-20 of SA’S And ultimately on set you are in charge, it’s about teamwork. There may be a few Captains on set with you depending on numbers and the option is available to ”Step up” or ”Step down” from production to production so if you have a lot going on there’s no pressure on you.
