We work with BECTU

The Union is a key part of our trade and we need more people to join. We work closely with BECTU to provide you with discounts and benefits whilst you are with us.

Promotion Prospects

Once your an SA thats it right? No.

We encourage promotion within the system to become a "Captain" which attracts more benefits and perks.

You would still be on set doing the job but with more responsibility and pay.

Its all about giving back. if you are with us we offer a monthly draw (using your ID number) to win prizes.

We will soon be rolling out the red carpet and bringing back the Christmas party for likeminded SA’s to have a beer. and meet the team.

Pay and Commission

You work hard for your money so why cant you keep more of it?

There is nothing more deflating than losing your pay on commission. We believe you should keep more which is why we only charge you commission on the daily rate.

Fitting fees?

We don't believe in overcharging you fees for these tasks. These are already costing you a full days pay on set somewhere else. If you are on a job with us, then a flat admin fee will apply, you keep the rest!
